2. Provide a sketch of the layout and elevation of the present hydraulics by fax to 604 856 3030 or email it to info@ozone.ca. ( a rough sketch is fine).
3. What is the water flow to be treated? Please provide peak flow and daily average, along with the length of the working day, where applicable.

4. What is the size of your water storage tanks and what material are they made of?

5. Provide your local laboratory water analysis. If you distill your water or use R.O. please indicate accordingly.

6. What kind of bottles do you use: Glass, PVC, PET, others?

7. Is there a clean and dry room available, of what size?

8. Do you plan any future expansion?

9. What is the electrical power source available (voltage, current, frequency)?

10. What type of pre filtration or pre treatments do you, or will you have?

11. Do you wish to interface the ozonation system into your system computer? If so, please indicate what functions you wish to monitor or control. Fully automatic systems with remote data logging are available.
